Shipping policy

Standard Shipping: $5

All Standard Shipping services will be carried out through SingPost using Tracked Packages (Smartpac). Your orders will typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days outside of festive periods, and 5 to 7 days during festive seasons.

Express Shipping: $15

For Express Shipping, orders confirmed before 1 pm will be delivered on the same day. Orders received after 1 pm will be delivered the following day. GrabExpress will handle all Express Shipping services.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address. During promotions or festive periods, there may be extended processing times. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Self-Collection: Free

You can choose to pick up your order at our physical store. Please ensure that all self-collection is completed within 5 days of order confirmation. Failure to collect within this time frame will result in the order being considered forfeited, with no refunds provided.
